Teacher (NQT/Early Career)

Are you an NQT or early career teacher looking for the opportunity to develop professionally in a forward thinking school?

Do you want to join a friendly, committed and hardworking team?

A great opportunity has arisen to become part of a wonderful team. Our ethos, ‘Imagine, Believe, Achieve,’ captures the aims of the school: putting children at the heart of everything we do.

We are a popular 1 form entry school with many fantastic facilities. We have enviable grounds, a library, computing suite, and many other high quality resources to support good quality teaching and learning.

We are looking for someone who is committed to our pupils and their own self development. We want you to have a genuine commitment to help our learning community aspire and achieve; you should also have strong literacy, numeracy and interpersonal skills. An aspiration to work in Key Stage 1 would be desirable.

We take the well-being of our staff and community very seriously, and are constantly developing and implementing new ideas to support the well-being of our entire learning community. As a member of our learning community we would expect that you would buy into our high aspirations for all.

We are committed to providing a happy, safe, fun and secure environment in which every member of our learning community - students, staff, parents and governors - feel valued and can flourish.

Our team have a very successful track record of developing the skills and abilities of teachers at all stages of their careers. NQTs would be supported through the Hertfordshire NQT development programme.

Start Date: September 2021
