Welcome
Welcome from the Headship Team
We are delighted to welcome you to our website and to offer you a glimpse into life at Shephalbury Parkk.
We are a school on a journey. With a clear vision for the future, clear expectations, ambitious goals and a dedicated team of staff, we are committed to providing the very best education and opportunities for every child. Supported by our governors, working in partnership with parents and inspired by our greatest asset of all, the Shephalbury Learners, we have everything we need to ensure every pupil fulfils their potential and can 'Go for Gold'.
At the heart of everything we do is our vision, "Rising to the Challenge!" This year, we have already seen countless examples of this across our whole school community.
We are always 'Going for Gold' and this aspiration is celebrated each week in our special Friday assembly, where we see our values of cooperation, motivation, independence, respect and kindness in action., For many children, this is the highlight of the week and a wonderful reminder of the talent, energy and enthusiasm that exists throughout our school community. We believe that everyone has their own unique strengths and abilities, and we encourage every child to shine in their own way.
Visitors have, so far this year, commented on the calm, happy and purposeful atmosphere they experience when they walk through our doors. Ours is a school where children feel safe, valued and inspired to achieve their very best. There is a genuine sense of joy of being in school - this is shown by the pupils and the great teaching team.
Our school ambassadors and staff team would be delighted to welcome you to school and show you around. Whilst we hope our website gives you a flavour of what makes Shephalbury Park special, nothing compares to experiencing our vibrant school community for yourself.
We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to Shephalbury Park Primary School.
