Day 3 SPORTS DAY @ HOME.

Day 2

Here is a game from one of our children that you may like to try!
Equipment
- At least 5 cones
- A ball
- A goal
Instructions
First you need to line up your cones in a straight line. It can be going towards the goal or going across the goal. The better way in my opinion, is towards it. Leave enough space for you to dribble through the cones. Next, clear some space for your goal and it must be behind the cones so you can shoot at it after dribbling through.
Finally, grab your ball and have some fun!
Rules
- If you hit a cone, you must restart all over again.
- If you miss the goal you must do 10 star jumps.
- If you accidentally miss a cone and don’t dribble through it you must run on the spot for 60 seconds!
This is a 1 player sports game.
