Starting Nursery at Shephalbury Park
We are very proud of our Nursery and Reception setting which is housed in an Early Years Foundation Stage Unit, where the staff is of a very high standard. We are sure your child will make a great start to their education here!
We would love to show you around our EYFS setting. Please contact the school office to book a place. We are a one form entry primary school and pride ourselves on our knowing each and every family and that starts at the very beginning. We will show you around the EYFS setting when applying for a nursery place and then take you around the whole school when applying for a reception place. We try to do this on your own personal guided tour. All applications for Nursery places are handled directly by the school. Please contact the school office on 01438 235 454 to find out if we have any spare places.
We have one intake in September. Please note that we run a morning only sessions for all children and those who are eligible for 30 hour funding have the opportunity to stay in the afternoons. During the first term parents can be flexible with the afternoons to suit the child and parents needs, however we ask that the full 30 hour funding is taken up by the January. Where possible and spaces arise, the afternoon sessions can be offered for a charge for those who are not eligible for the 30 hour funding. Priority will be given to those children who have siblings already at the school
